    Hello, I am a new user with this forum. What do you find most useful from this forum?
    I am a weight loss health coach and love to share resources with my clients that really help them feel empowered and motivated?
    What are your favorite tools?
    Coach Monica from Genetix Program. I love the daily coaching sessions and find that is one area that stands out from other programs.

    Hi and welcome to the Forum!

    I find that online interactivity offers the type of motivation and assistance that I would need to keep going in a program.

    I like options that allow me to have flexibility that works with my life, and not a regimented program that I know that I'll be able to follow at the beginning but that will fade away over time.

    On the other hand, I find that things that kill my motivation completely are programs/offers/discussions that appear to be helpful and friendly on the outside but that are actually seeking to obtain information from you, throw a hard sell at you, or actually sign you up for something else in a devious way.

    I think the weight loss and fitness industry have hardened me. I approach anything with a touch of doubt because marketing tactics have become so sneaky.

      I can understand how you feel. I have a nursing background, and that creates a Lot of curiousity in me. I love to know what is working for others and why?! I especially am looking to connect with women over 40 who are struggling with issues similar to my clients.
      I like to fact find on what is not working and why but more importantly learning what is working!
      I find every one is different and needs to find their own truth, so that makes our lives challenging, at times.
      Inner guidance and awareness help to find the right path. What resources do you find helpful for you to create realistic goals?
