    Hey everyone! New to the forums and have been looking around. There sure are a lot of diets out there!

    I am trying the 3 Day Military diet - its actually my second round. My 1st one I lost 4.8 in a week and I didn't full finish that round. Now I am on my 2nd round will see how it goes Monday morning but so far so good

    What are some other popular diets?
