    Hi guys!

    I came across this interesting article about the 7 worst foods you could eat for breakfast if you're trying to lose weight. I don't know if I agree with each one or if this is accurate, but it's based on the recommendations of a dietitian and I found it very very interesting, especially when I learned that you shouldn't just have fruit only smoothies!

    Now I sort-of feel like I've been doing breakfast all wrong for years and have been setting myself back.

    I definitely think that it matters what you put in your body in the morning, but at the same time it's better to just eat breakfast than to have nothing. I wold first focus on getting a bit of food into you (if you're someone who skips breakfast) and then work on making things healthier from there. But, yeah, eating sugar cereal or donuts for breakfast isn't good for you and definitely isn't going to help with weight loss. I'd recommend getting some water, fiber and protein.
