Avocados are a great food to work into your diet. While I don’t think that you should follow some sort of “avocado diet” where you have to eat a whole one every day or something, I think that it’s a good idea to start to regularly eat avocados. Like have half of one a couple of times a week.
The reason that I think that is that I have been reading some good stuff about them, inclduign that they help to improve cholesterol levels, but also there was this article in the Huffington Post that I would like to share.
