I'm always interested in the latest weight loss research findings. I recently read that while it was commonly believed that eating bigger meals earlier in the day was better for weigh loss, new research is finding that this isn't necessarily true. It seems that it doesn't matter if you eat larger meals later in the day compared to the morning. It all seems to boil down to how many calories you consume and how much of what you're eating. If you want to know more about what I mean, this is the article I found to be interesting health24.com/Diet-and-nutrition/Weight-loss/weight-loss-and-timing-of-meals-does-it-matter-20201116 Hope everyone's having a positive week so far. :)

That makes perfect sense to me. I get so annoyed when people make one-size-fits-all recommendations. Everyone is different. What works for some won't work for others. If you're not someone who eats in the morning, this doesn't mean that you can't lose weight. It always boils down to what you eat and how much you eat and how well you exercise and sleep. It's about being healthy and whatever healthy is to you.

That's interesting. I always thought that eating in the morning was the most important for weight loss. I thought the more you ate during the day the more it would work against your efforts to lose weight. Interesting find. Thanks for sharing :)
