Have you guys heard that Fenugreek is really good for health and weight loss? I came across this piece of news and I was wondering what you guys think about this. I'm considering adding it to my diet when I can. https://www.ndtv.com/food/methi-for-...ly-fat-1948645

I don't think it's a bad idea to add it to your diet, but I don't think it's some amazing food for weight loss, either. Honestly, just stick to a well-balanced healthy diet and don't worry about trying to go out of your way to add things to it that are hard to find or that you have to eat a certain way, a certain amount, etc. Plus, if you really want to add fenugreek to your diet you can always take supplements.

I wouldn't buy into this. I'm sure it's healthy for you, a lot of foods are, but it's not something they should promote for weight loss in my opinion. No one food really should be promoted that way, in my opinion. Like tammybear said, what matters is that you focus on eating a well-balanced diet. Eat whole foods, focus on lots of veggies, fruits, whole grains, fiber and protein and watch your calories. This is better than any fenugreek advice you might come across
