  • Research - losing weight decreases incontenance

Alright, if blood pressure, cholesterol, and cancer risk weren't enough, here's a new study that really put the motivation back in me to get back to dieting. Losing weight stops you from becoming incontinent.

Check it out: Weight Loss Seems to Reduce Urinary Incontinence

So if you want to decrease your odds of wearing adult diapers, here's your strategy haha

LOL thanks Beth. That is a good reason to try to get your weight under control if I've ever heard of one!

Wow, is that really true? Does it make a big difference? What if you've already had two children? Do you know if it still has an impact?

It really seems like the body is constantly reminding us that we really shouldn't be overweight since there are so many different symptoms and illnesses that are connected to it. Sure, we can still be beautiful if we're heavy, but it's a heck of a lot harder to be healthy!

I'd hate to be one of the people who actually conducted this study!
