    This is interesting!

    I was reading this article in the Huffington Post: Mediterranean Diet Lowers Cholesterol Levels Even When No Weight Loss Is Achieved, Study Finds

    I had just finished reading about how good the mediterranean diet is for your overall health. now this study showed that even if you don't lose any weight (which would stink) cholesterol can still decrease! To me, that really says something about how healthy it is.

    This shows, to me, that the cholesterol can get down so if you lose weight, too, you'll be doing especially good things for yourself.

    Looks like this would be a healthy kind of maintenance diet once the weight is already gone. It's something I'm going to think about.

      I tried using this to lose weight. I didn't have much luck at all. I lost 1 pound every two weeks. So I'm glad it's healthy, but if you're trying to use it to get slimmer, keep looking LOL
