I had just finished reading about how good the mediterranean diet is for your overall health. now this study showed that even if you don't lose any weight (which would stink) cholesterol can still decrease! To me, that really says something about how healthy it is.
This shows, to me, that the cholesterol can get down so if you lose weight, too, you'll be doing especially good things for yourself.
