I just read that Jordin Sparks lost 50 pounds and she did it by losing it slowly and steadily in a healthy way, not through some psychotic extreme celebrity diet that has you eating only chickpeas for six months and exercising twelve hours per day (alright, that was a bit of an exaggeration).
