    This is interesting. The Mediterranean diet has just been proven to actually lead to a better overall quality of life and to be healthy in preventing a number of different health conditions.

    I just thought I'd share this so that anyone wondering which one is the right healthy diet for them might have the latest info at their fingertips!

    That's really good to know! It's funny how a lifestyle that is so traditional can actually have that many benefits for losing weight!

      Remember that it's proven only for some dieters, though. No diet is effective for every single person.
