I am trying those Campbell microwave "soups to go" and they are totally tasty and only 110-170 calories per serving (depending on the kind of soup you get). Very fast, easy and convenient. I recommend!

The 10.5 oz chunky chicken noodle soup has 790mg of sodium. I was really shocked when I saw that because a lot of the ads for campbell’s soup that I’ve seen recently have shown that they’ve been reducing their salt. That said, if you aren’t worried about sodium, the whole thing has only 110 calories and it’s pretty good for helping to fill you up. I find that and a big glass of water can go a long way at lunch time. It doesn’t keep me feeling full for a long time, but it stops me from eating a huge lunch.

Wow, that's really high for one small bowl of soup. I guess if you just have that for lunch and you are having healthy meals for the rest of the day that's not so bad, though.
I think the American Heart Association says that healthy people should aim to keep their sodium levels under 2000 mg per day, so that still leaves a lot of wiggle room as long as you pay attention to what you're eating for the rest of the day (and don't eat a lot of those soups ha ha ).

The one that is reduced fat tastes just as good and you can make it with skim or 1 percent milk if you want to keep the calories and fats to a minimum. It's such a comforting meal in air conditioning or in the winter time.
