  • Another Weight Loss Tip

    Water therapy works for everything. Instead of sodas and high sugar drinks, drink a glass of water whenever you are thirsty. It is advised to drink about 8 to 10 glasses of water a day to keep yourself hydrated as well as help get rid of unwanted toxins in your body. And also changing your diet is one of the important part of weight loss. You need to cut back on your junk food intake but without sacrificing the nutrients that you take in. Exercise, Of course, you cannot lose weight successfully if you don’t do exercise habitually. Perform light and easy exercises such as walking and jogging.

    Weight loss is not that hard if you have turned it into your lifestyle. The secret to shedding off fats is to not see it as an obligation. You should look at it in a perspective as if to get healthier and stay away from obesity and related illnesses.

    I had no idea that drinking the right amount of water every day actually has a name. When I first read "water therapy", I actually thought you were going to say something about swimming haha.

    I completely agree with you that drinking lots of water is the way to go. Whether you drink it straight from the tap, filtered, bottled, with lemon, lime, or cucumber, it is one of the most effective and least expensive tools that you have to get the most weight loss from all of your dieting efforts.

      Tips for Weight loss :
      Do not eat Out side foods.
      Do Running and Swimming on daily on daily Bases.
      Eat Green Vegetables.
      Do not drink and Smoke.

        I also find that when I drink a lot of water, I start to feel full. I try to drink a full glass of water before I eat every meal so that I start off a meal with something in my stomach, instead of feeling starving. By doing this, I don't dive in and eat extremely quickly like I do when I'm starving. I am able to eat more slowly, which means that I will feel full when I've eaten less food. Also, by continuing to drink lots of water throughout the day, it stops me from feeling like I should have more snacks than I should. It's a great appetite suppressant and helps me keep control over how much I'm eating.

          Here are some important tips to weight loss:-

          Do regular exercise in the morning for 30 to 40 mints. Morning work out is better for health according to doctors advice. It help to keep active and harm up body from anxiety.
          Use fresh foods like fruits and raw or boiled vegetables mostly instead of meat, fish, chicken, milk, egg etc.
          Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water per day.
          Avoid all the bad habit like smoking, drugs, wine etc.
          Other activities like swimming, walk, running, jogging are better for health purpose.

            By drinking 8-10 glasses of water your metabolism rate increases. Increased metabolism rate helps to reduce weight quickly. Another tip I want to share you is about break fast. During your weight loss program have your break fast regularly. Do not skip it. Include Fibre and protein rich food in your breakfast.

              Eat small portion but with more frequency. It helps in maintaining normal metabolism and when eating out, have a snack at least an hour before you eat out, so that you will not be so hungry when it's really time to eat. :)

                It's called water 'therapy'.?? But yes I agree. There was a time when I would get hungry and eat practically every hour or two. Then I decide to break this habit and kept sipping water. Drink two glasses of water at go and you feel so full that you think you definitely don't need anything up till dinner atleast. Its healthy and a good way of cutting back on the evening junk.

                  Until you try it, you really don't realize what an incredible appetite suppressant water actually is. it plays a very important role in the function of many of your organs, it makes you look a lot better because it fixes up your skin, and it really does make you feel more full so that you won't feel like snacking.

                  I don't like drinking too much water before a meal because it is harmful to nutrition, but between meals it can help me to keep snacking way down. Just with water! And it doesn't contain a single calorie. Nothing has to be worked off.

                    Definitely water will be the best solution for weight loss; as we have found that experts are also suggest to drink 8 glass of water per day to deal with over weight problems. Apart from water we must try lemon juice (without sugar) to burn our extra amount of fats.
