Hmm
Hello to all! Well first of all you should relax, don't stress your mind and body, just feel happy that you are gonna marry the man you love! Than you can try this: drink more water-12-14glasses a day and eat only veggies and soups. But i must warn you that you should check your weight every 3 days, becouse when i tried this (pretty severe) diet on the first week i lost 3 kg. Of course every organism is different you may lose weight slowly than me, but be careful pls. Wish you all the best!

I know what you're going through! I found that as my wedding day approached, a lot of the weight I was retaining was just water. Try to keep yourself very hydrated and avoid any sugary beverages (that includes adding sugar to tea) or caffeinated beverages, or even alcohol at all costs. Try to keep your sodium levels down, too. This will not only help you to lose weight, but it will also make your body realize that it doesn't have to hang onto extra water because it's not a "drought". Any retained water will flush out. Don't forget to make sure to get lots of sleep and to relax (as much as that's possible ) since that also makes it easier to lose weight and retained water.

Careful with trying to drop that much weight in such a short time (yes, I'm going to be "that" guy). You don't want to make yourself unhealthy or weak for your wedding day. Also, weight that is lost extremely rapidly will come off you differently than it would if you lost it slowly. It won't be as "even" a weight loss as it would be if you went the healthy route. Talk to your doctor about this one or you might lose the weight and still not be the size you were when your dress fit. I do wish you good luck, though. All the best.

Congratulations!
Alright - you need to exercise every single day (whether you want to or not - keep telling yourself it's just for a month!) with lots of cardio. Don't forget to do some toning exercises, too, because if you lose a lot of weight in a short time, you'll get saggy skin. Use tightening lotions to help with that, too. And, of course, to help with that last little bit, SPANX! Alright, it's not weight loss, but it really helps with the last bit!

Have you tried Phentramin D? The regular efforts you're making with the help of an appetite suppressant and energy booster will get you a long way. keep up a healthy diet and exercise, drink tons of water, and you can lose up to 25 pounds in one month with it. I've just started on it and I can already tell the difference in my weight loss. GOOD LUCK!!!

You should go to a spa and get one of those cellophane bodie weight loss wrap jobbies done. (I am not sure what the correct name for it is) but they supposedly can take off like 15 inches in 45 minutes. Ideally you would do this the day of the wedding or day before because they only last a couple days - I think it gets all the water out of you but they are very popular for girls going to a party and they need to fit in the dress like ASAP...
