Eat less, move more. Eat four to six meals a day with breakfast being the largest and dinner the smallest. Eat the majority of your calories earlier in the day. Avoid sodas and junk foods.
After doing all this and losing weight, if the pain persists, see a doctor--Sounds to me as if it's just the weight alone that's causing the pain. But I am not a doctor.

Without dieting and pain it is likely to be very difficult to loose weight. Dieting is a natural way to reduce weight and need patience, on the other hand exercise required lots of hard work.
Diet supplements can be a good option for you, Just take few pills a day and loose weight without any exercise and dieting. Even after taking pills you have to manage your eating habits according to the supplements. In other words you have to compromise at some point. I will strongly recommend you to either go for dieting or go for regular exercise to maintain extra fat.
Now some other therapies are available for reducing weight, like liposuction.
