  • I have a problem

    Hi, I have a problem, but I don't know where is supposed to write in this forum.

    So, I am on diet from 17th June 2011. I was 77 kg \1,57 m, 22 age, female\ - very bad.

    Currently I am 72 kg, but today I was 73,5 kg - why? I am on my diet and I can't understand - I am in 72 kg from the last week, I can't weight loss?!

    Gees that is frustrating indeed. What type of diet are you on? How is your salt/sodium intake? If you are eating high sodium foods (even though they may be low in fat) i.e. lunch meats, beef jerky, soy souce, that will cause you to retain water which can cause weight gain and delay weight loss. You would really have to examine what you ate over this last week. Did you have a slip up day in there at all?

      Hello,

      Please don't get frustrated, Just have little patience. It happens sometime when you are dieting and suddenly gain a little weight.
      It could be that you are retaining water. You may have eaten more sodium lately. Drinking more water will help this, along with the obvious of watching your sodium intake.
      For weighing your self better you decide a same time and wear little clothes or same clothes all the time and also measure weight in the morning after using bathroom...You will loose weight soon don't worry...

        I was going to say did you leave your shoes on the last time but not the first time you weighed yourself?

          Gee I feel that you just need to relax. When you try losing your weight, your body will go through a lot of changes.
          These changes might deflect the weight. So you just need to relax. Continue your diet for sometime and only measure your weight after every week.
          I hope your issue would be solved.
