    Try to take some diet pills. I heard that it works wonders in the body. I'm afraid i cannot suggest any type of diet pills yet but I have been reading the threads in this weight loss forum and almost everybody are taking diet pills. I'm researching more on what type of diet pills to use. So guys, kindly help us out.

    Also, do not forget to exercise and eat a healthy and balanced diet. If you have suggestions on what kind of diet pill, let me know so i can use it as well. thank you.

      A combination of calories control diets, walk and exercise would be the best way to lose weight quickily. Cut out oily, high-fat and junk food and substitute it with vegetables and fruits. Start exercising without too much exertion and gradually increase the duration of the exercise. Only a gradual weight loss technique can help you stay healthy in the long run. Fasting or other sudden and drastic weight loss techniques can usually lower a person's energy level, damage the skin and can even lead to health problems.

        Oh how I agree, you only forgot one valuable suggestion. Water... lots. Helps skin and weight loss.

          You can find every imaginable opinion here...
          Here's mine...
          There is nothing wrong with fast weight loss. Sometimes that is the only way someone will stick to a diet. There is scientific evidence that quick weight loss at the beginning of a diet is not only more motivating so that the person will stay on the diet longer but also is more inclined to keep the weight off.

          Even WebMD says only a very low calorie diet is the only effective fast weight loss. (link) and they suggest it is bad for you only when carried to the extreme length of time (multiple months). They list possible (tho' rare) risks that can be avoided.

          Even Wikipedia says that short term use of a very low calorie diet (VLCD) is very effective and the only risk they mention is the rare possibility of gallstones after being on a vlcd for numerous months.

          So, what I am saying is... the best way to lose weight if you have a lot of weight to lose is... go on a very low calorie diet for a month or two and lose as much as you can. It's motivating and will help you stick to it. Then slowly start adding healthy foods to your diet and continue to your weight loss goal.

            I was one of those who did low calorie at the advice of my PCP. He suggested 1000 calories. Yes, it was awesome to see 15 - 20 lbs every month come off. I dropped weight fast. Since November I am still losing but very slowly as I wanted to tone and avoid the saggy skin. I am so much more happy now and comfortable with who I am. I still have a ways to go, but I will get there. Once my skin tightens a little I will jump back in with two feet.

                I think you need walk and workout would be the best way to misplace heaviness quickily. Cut out oily, high-fat and junk nourishment and alternate it with vegetables and fruits. Start exercising without too much effort and step-by-step boost the length of the exercise.

                      Hi lily curtis,
                      I am not in favor of using diet pills as they might reduce weight but they have side effects or long term after effects.
                      I will suggest to exercise regularly and follow healthy diet plan to reduce and maintain weight.

                        Dude I am not in a favor of diet pills because it may cause harm to the body..!!
                        So in my opinion the best way to lose weight is to follow up a balanced diet plan regularly and do some workouts daily...!!

                            walk everyday and another way you can break out of your weight loss is eat less calorie foods because your body needs less & less calories to maintain your new weight after losing weight.

                              Hey guys welcome to weight loss forum. Most of you have been tried for loosing there weight in various way and might have found some changes in themselves but some people still there who are still trying to reduce there fat for at least 1 inch down, and not succeed till now.
