    I had the most pleasant surprise when I weighed myself this week (after a few weeks of not weighing) and I was down six pounds. I'm quite happy with this so I had to share with everyone.

    One thing I've been doing differently that might explain why I'm losing weight is that I haven't been eating after 7pm and then I make sure to eat a healthy breakfast as soon as I get up. Whatever it may be, I'll be keeping my schedule as is and hopefully I'll keep losing. I can't really diet right now so this small amount of weight loss feels like a huge success.

    very proud of you!!!! The smaller you get the harder to lose, so I hear anyway. I am trying so hard to get this weight down. I get so discouraged at times. I think if someone would say " you will be 135lbs on __________date" I would be so much happier. I have to know when, don't know why I need times, its just me. Hanging in there though and won't give up.
