I had the most pleasant surprise when I weighed myself this week (after a few weeks of not weighing) and I was down six pounds. I'm quite happy with this so I had to share with everyone.
One thing I've been doing differently that might explain why I'm losing weight is that I haven't been eating after 7pm and then I make sure to eat a healthy breakfast as soon as I get up. Whatever it may be, I'll be keeping my schedule as is and hopefully I'll keep losing.
