Hi all,
I had a great diet and lost alot of weight and got into some great routines of exercise and jogging. In the last few weeks I have stepped up the pace of my exercise doing acro-balance (alot of muscle work) and jogging with my daughter and walking 4 miles a day cause of the nice weather. I have another half a stone to get to my ideal weight, which I just cant seem to budge and now i'm just hungry all the time. I constantly count my calories but then find myself nibbling, arghhhhhhh I have lost the frame of mind to be so strict with myself and would rather eat that piece of cake as life is too short and my hunger is taking over rather than appreciating the hunger feeling as what is helping me to loose weight!!!! I know that muscle burns more calories than fat and my body has more muscle now than it ever has but I reaaly need to get my "good" frame of mind back and loose that bit of wobble around my middle.
