Hey everyone. I'm looking for ways to give myself an energy boost that doesn't include stimulants. Can anyone recommend a food or beverage that is good for making me feel more alert?

I've heard that Ashwagandha is often used in place of stimulants in weight loss products. I think it gives you a bit of a boost without stimulant side effects. It also supposed to promote good health. Sorry I can't tell you more about it, but that's what I've heard.

Have you tried caffeine-free Green Tea? You'll still get a metabolism and fat burning boost even without the caffeine.
