Once I start losing weight, where will I notice fat loss first? I'm really hoping it's going to be my stomach. I really want to lose weight around my middle. Is there anyway I can make fat loss occur faster in areas where I really want to slim down?

Unfortunately, you really can't target a certain region of your body when it comes to losing fat. Where you'll lose fat typically boils down to your genetics. So, for one person that may mean they'll lose it in their arms first, while another person may lose it in their hips. That being said, you will lose fat throughout your body so eventually you will decrease the fat in any area that you're targeting.

I always lose it in my breasts first, which I hate. It's the one place I don't mind if the fat stays hahaha. I always find the place where I want to lose it the most (my stomach) is always the last area where I see results. I don't think there is a way to target fat on certain areas of your body. I'll wish you luck that you lose if where you want to lose it first :)
