  • What is the most common weight loss problem?

    I have lost weight successful and able to maintain it for a year. My weight loss problem was unable to set aside time for exercising to burn more calories. But I found a way to lose weight.

    I want to find out what is the most common weight loss problem, so I can figure out a way to help people solve the problem.

    For me eating the wrong foods when I know better.

    To met hough the fat free craze is a joke though...

      I think the simple common reason is lack of commitment.

      people start things, then they quit before they see great results.

          Thanks for sharing this informative information.
          I usually go through the healthy diet plan .For this I prefer low fat diet. Trying juices instead of food and snacks will be more beneficial. With this i always do some exercise with diet. Exercise with low fat diet is the best way to loose weight.
