Ok so I did a kind of experiment the last two weeks. I ate EXACTLY the same foods and did EXACTLY the same workouts. So the first week, I recorded all food and exercise, then the second week I did the exact same thing in the same order. The first week, I lost 2 pounds. The second week, I lost 1 pound. What happened there? I mean exactly the same. I didn't change anything. Can someone explain?

It coudl be so many things. Most likely body composition. So, probably you retained a bit of water - maybe you were slightly dehydrated, who knows? Maybe you drank the same amount of water but drank it faster, so some went right through you instead of being absorbed. Maybe you're more stressed. Maybe your sleep wasn't the same. Could be that you're burning fat the same, but you're gaining muscle from your exercise. When your only gauge is body weight, without knowing your body composition, there's a lot that can happen even when it looks like the number isn't changing differently on the scale. Keep up the good work. You'll see that things will head in the right direction for you.
