Today’s food isn't what it used to be. In 1950, you could eat a peach and your body would get a certain amount of nutrients. Today you would have to eat 43 peaches to get the same nutrients. Our soil is depleted of nutrients and so is our food. So it becomes vital that we get the necessary nutrients from supplements. A problem with that is that the shelves are full of synthetic products. The synthetic vitamins and minerals don't really work. Use whole food supplements for your needed vitamins and minerals.
