  • Weight Loss Tips and Advice

    Hi
New to the Forum just looking for some information to help lose weight i.e any good quick exercise routines or diets ?

My best tip is to always plan in advance. So, plan the next day's meals in advance and make sure you have the right ingredients. That way, you won't decide on what to eat when you're already hungry. At the same time, decide on your workout the day before, then stick to it. I try to get it over with first thing in the morning so it's done and I won't end up becoming too busy or tired to do it later. Good luck, Adle!

      Hi,

Mentioned further are ways out to lose weight easily and fast but following few of listed below will give you results without harm.
Try eating plenty of soluble fiber: Fiber has a bulking effect and stimulates early satiation, this also prevents abdominal obesity. Flax seeds, avocados, legumes, and blackberries have soluble fibers in ample. Also limit portion of saturated fats, such as full-fat dairy products, to restrict calorie intake.

      You should try:
      Adding Protein to Your Diet
      Eat Whole, Single-Ingredient Foods
      Avoid Processed Foods
Stock Up on Healthy Foods and Snacks
Limit Your Intake of Added Sugar
      Drink Water
      Drink (Unsweetened) Coffee
      Supplement With Glucomannan

My best 2 things to do for healthy weight loss is to swap out water for all other drinks except black coffee or unsweetened green tea. Then, try to reduce added sugars as much as possible. Those two things don't leave you any hungrier but they make a big difference overall.

Maybe you need to exercise regularly during the day by using a plastic jacket.
Reduce drinking coffee, reduce foods and drinks that contain sugar. And don't forget to get enough rest.

Is there anything specific you want to know right off the bat? This is a really good forum. Where would you like to start your discussion?

A repeat of the advice already given.

                        Stop eating processed foods.
                        Stop eating added sugar.
                        Exercise.
                        Count calories.
                        Keep a food diary.

A note on sugar. I live near a sugar factory. Beet sugar is a manufactured product that produces waste. Unless the sugar is the sugar bowl is brown, you are eating beet sugar. The waste product of beet sugar is toxic.

Remember every gram of carbs that is eaten is 3 or 4 grams of water stored retained by the body.
