  • Fall foods are great for weight loss

    I went to a farmer's market on the weekend and I noticed that so many of the fall foods are amazing for weight loss. All the things like squash that can be roasted or mashed or made into soups are fantastic for flavor and are very filling but they don't overdo the calories as long as you don't do something like add brown sugar or cream. Get the additives right and this is the best time of year for dieting by the season.

    Fall foods are amazing! I always find this time of year very inspiring to eat healthier because it all looks and tastes so good.

      Winter veggies like squash, sweet potatoes, onions. They all go together great and you can eat tons of them without worrying about too much fat or calories. I agree. I try to taste a new squash every year, just as a reminder to keep trying new things and making a priority of variety.
