I went to a farmer's market on the weekend and I noticed that so many of the fall foods are amazing for weight loss. All the things like squash that can be roasted or mashed or made into soups are fantastic for flavor and are very filling but they don't overdo the calories as long as you don't do something like add brown sugar or cream. Get the additives right and this is the best time of year for dieting by the season.
