  • New Here----Which Deiet is everyone on?

In 1996 I lost 103 lbs on LA weight Loss, but gained it back over the years!!!! I was in my early 30's then. Now in my late 40's, I wanted to go back to LA Weight Loss, but was sad to learn that they closed! Bummer!

But someone on EBay retyped the whole LAWL plan for people who lost the plan guides. I paid the $9. and it was emailed it to me 3 hours later. So I started a week ago on the Red Plan, and dropped 8 lbs so far.

I really hope it will be as easy to lose 100 lbs in my late 40's as it was to lose in my early 30's. I follow the plan precisely, so I will let you all know.

I am looking forward to reading everyone's posts because it helps inspire me.

Feel free to email me :) I could use all the inspiration I could get!

Yeah I have to agree with cheriang, metabolism slows down as the person gets older plus workers do not get as much exercises as compared to teenagers which makes losing weight harder but I believe that if you persevere and religiously follow your weight loss regimen, you will surely get back on shape. How are you doing now? Is LA weight loss helping you? I recommend that you buy diet pills online, it helps me a lot in losing those unsightly pounds. I am currently using adipex and I must say, it is a miraculous drug. It has little side effects but its not making me too uncomfortable so I guess its fine.

Mind if you elaborate how LA weight loss works? Im kinda getting bored on aerobics and yoga so I want to try something new. Although I have heard about it years before, I'm not so sure if people are still into LA weight loss. And why did the regimen lost its popularity?

I hope you can answer these questions. And let us know how much you weigh now, and if you have pictures, it would be interesting to see your image along the course of losing weight. It kinda inspires me and makes me want to strive harder to lose weight. Thanks in advance! And Good luck in your weight loss journey, don't worry, we will all be here to support you all the way!

It doesn't matter what type of fitness regimen you're following as long you feel comfortable with it. You won't attain full success if you hate what you are doing, wishing that your exercise would be over and you can't wait to eat a doughnut. I don't exactly follow a diet principle but I just eat right amount of proportions, no restrictions in what I eat because I won't be able to get it out of my mind. Also, I run. As in a lot.
