I’ve been reading in a lot of places that lemon water is a great secret to weight loss, but recently I also saw that it doesn’t actually directly lead to weight loss. It just has a bunch of things that encourage you to lose weight more effectively. So Iv’e been chugging down lemon water thinking that I am doing something great to lose weight when actually I’m just hydrating myself as I would if I had plain water. I’m stunned that the main benefit is hydrating and providing a choice that isn’t soda or juice.
