Does anyone else have the problem of adhering to a diet? I worked with a trainer and at first started losing weight, I then would add back, little by little, foods that I thought I could sneak in. Then in usually about 2 weeks I am back to my old habits. How do I stay strict to my diet?

I think you answered your own question. Stop sneaking back in the foods you know you shouldn't be eating. :) It if turns out that you can't do that, then something with your weight management plan isn't working and you might want to look at changing that. Sometimes, it's not so much about eliminating things you like from your diet, but eating a more balanced diet with the appropriate amounts of fiber and protein and eating certain foods in moderation. In other words, sometimes, it's a matter of choosing not to eat something you know you don't need and other times it's about eating that thing as a treat in moderation.

From my own personal experience, I found I was able to stick to a diet when it included foods I already love. I chose Keto diet for myself. I love meat don't care for a lot of veggies so I tried the Keto diet. It was the easiest diet to stick to for me. One of my worst habits is snacking on chips. I substituted chips for jerky. Find substitutes you can enjoy. I lost 30+ lbs on the Keto diet.
