  • Herbal infusions

I have heard that adding herbs to boiling water and letting them sit there sort of like a tea, then remove the herbs and drink the water can do benefits for you. I heard doing that with a bit of parsley can be great for vitamin c.

Are there any that can help you out with weight loss?

is an infusion hte same thing as an herbal tea? Do you boil it or just steep it? What's the difference?

Herbal infusions and teas are pretty similar, with a few differences. They both involve taking herbs and steeping them in water so that you can drink the liquid later on. Infusions are basically like a very strong version of a tea. It uses a much larger amount of the herb and you need to steep it for a longer period of time. That way, you will be able to get more of the benefits of whatever the herb (or herbs) happen to be. A lot of people use them for nutrition to make sure that they get more of something in their diet like Vitamin C or calcium.

So essentially, you’re getting the exact same thing as long as you’re making it a great deal stronger than you usually would. Just make sure that you know what your’e doing if you start to take infusions. Even something that seems simple can have unexpected effects. Like something as everyday as parsley can cause bleeding in people who use infusions wrong.
