If anyone can help with speeding up metabolism and weight loss on a person who is lactose intolerant and is hormone sensitive because of cancer twice. I can't seem to find a diet to conform to my needs and problem.

Ways to Increase Metabolism
Exercise is probably the best way to increase your body's metabolism. Aerobic exercise in particular, the kind that gets you huffing and puffing, will raise your metabolic rate and keep it high for hours after exercising is done. Also, the more exercise you do the more muscle you will build and the more muscle you have the quicker your metabolism will be.
There are foods that can also raise your metabolism. One that comes to mind right away is Green Tea. Try drinking a nice cup of green tea a few times a day instead of coffee, pop or juice. Green tea contains a few natural ingredients, including caffeine, that raises your metabolism.
While on the topic of beverages, I cannot stress enough how important drinking enough water is. Keeping your body hydrated is so important when you are trying to lose weight. You should drink at least eight 8-ounce glasses a day.
