Hi everyone, I want intravenous food ( or nose tube feeding) to maintain my weight , I cant get the food I need everywhere, if I want intravenous food or nose tube feeding I should be allowed the iv food bag
its just mashed up food, it wont affect global markets its not like everyone in the world would want this https://photos.app.goo.gl/uXaVFNayammEX4AP8, but if i do I should be allowed, they give iv food to everyone who breaks their jaw, please help me get iv food to maintain my weight, I need a support group to keep asking for the iv food, the people im around wont help anyone which is why i have the weight problem , i cant follow a schedule, if i could i would have lost the weight on my own thank you for letting me post

Hi Jamesmatheson. You sound quite committed to IV nose-tube feeding. I'm sorry to hear that other weight loss strategies that you've tried don't seem to be working for you. Have you brought this up with your healthcare provider or more than one medical professional? Perhaps they could provide you with the support you need or other weight management options you can try. IV nose tube feeding sounds quite serious, invasive and I imagine there are likely side effects involved. I understand why it would be used for a person who has broken their jaw because they cannot chew, but I don't know if choosing not to use a part of your body that works fine is a good idea.

Wow...intravenous nose tube feeding sounds really serious. I don't even know how this would work? Would you have to have the tube in your nose all the time? What sort of food do you get through your nose and wouldn't that hurt? Also, how would you go to work with that? Exercise? Sleep? Sorry for all the questions, but beyond IV nose feeding needed due to an injury that prevents you from using your jaw, I don't think I've ever heard this as something recommended for weight loss.
