I need the scoop on hot peppers. I’ve been reading that hot chilis are one of the best ways to make your body boost up its fat burning. I have also seen a lot of diet pills that are advertising that if you take them and exercise then you’ll blast through a ton of fat, and a lot of them have hot peppers as their main ingredients.
So if I get a big bag of hot peppers, chop them up and then sprinkle them on pretty much everything I eat, does that mean that I will burn fat faster all day long both when I’m exercising and when I’m not? Will that make a difference?
