  • Does chewing gum help weight loss?

I’ve been hearing a lot of conflicting things and I’ve had a lot of different thoughts about chewing gum if you want to lose weight. I’ve heard that if you chew mint gum, it keeps your mouth busy so you’re less likely to want to snack. But I’ve also heard that if you chew gum, it sends signals to your brain that you should expect to sense food in your stomach so it will make you more hungry.

Does anyone know the truth of it? Is gum a weight loss tool?

chewing gum is supposed to help, as far as I know. Mint is important, though because mint helps to cleanse the pallet and takes away from your need for flavor.

It sounds like it could help some people psychologically. But physically, I'm not so sure about that.

I don't mean that it actually makes fat burn off. I mean it stops you from eating food at the same time and mint helps you to feel less hungry. Sorry, I didn't mean to be unclear about when I said that it does help with weight loss. It really does work, though. If you have the chance to try it, it makes a difference. It's not a miracle cure, but anything that helps is good, right?

Kinda, but not totally. It's only an alternative way to your hunger but eating this for long hours will give you gastric stomach.
