I have been working to lose weight for the past year now. Things have been up and down with my diet - at times encouraging, discouraging at others. The most important thing about weight loss is lifestyle change and being realistic about it.
For instance, don't join an expensive gym if you know you will only go once a month.
You can do all sorts of little things that will help. For instance, when you're watching TV do some exercise every time there's a commercial. Maybe a couple of lunges, a run to the kitchen and back. Sounds silly, I know, but if you do lots of little things it can help.
It's the same with dieting. Drinking water before your meal makes you feel fuller.
There's lots of things. Like I said, just do your best to make better eating and exercise a part of your lifestyle.
Does xenical has a side effect for a pregnant woman (my sister use Xenical (Orlistat) from Costmeds.com , although it works good, I'm worry about her )? Or...will it can be effected to a woman who wants to get pregnant? If so, what? Can anyone explain further?
Xenical is a prescription medication. I would be careful about taking this when you're pregnant, or trying to get pregnant. In this case, the best idea would be to talk to your doctor about how xenical can affect pregnancy.

You really have to find something that works for you. Everyone is so different and what works for one person may not work for another. The best advice I can give is to start small. Don't try changing everything all in one day. Pick one thing you want to change or improve in your diet or exercise and when you feel like that is mastered, pick another one. There are so many options for you, you may just need to do some research to find out what fits your lifestyle the best.
