    Re: my slimming diary on trying Lida Daidaihua Slimming Capsule

    I am going to have my menstrual flow today so I will finish my weight loss plan from today. I started from March 13th, had missed one day dosage and reduced half dosage for two days.

    In total, I had taken 17 capsules already and lost 6 lbs and half within half a month. My BMI index decreased from 20 to 18.8, so if my weight does not rebound after this week for menstrual flow, I plan to work out to keep fit and start to build my figure by exercise. :)

    Taking diet pill is not the ideal way to have health anyways but sports and appropriate diets.

    In conclusion for my company's slimming pill, it did work and has fewer side effect, but it didn't work as so amazing as the material advertised.

    For people who want to have diet pills, the following suggestions are strongly recommended:
    1.to start your first diet pills when you are in good condition;
    2.be sure to follow your diet in a healthy and regular style;
    3.try to drink as much water as possible but have it in regular and gradual speed rather than to have a cup of water all swallowed within a few minutes when you feel thirsty, and you can have herb tea such as mums tea and medlar tea to reduce the internal heat of your body;
    4.eat diet of light and nutritious cooking;
    5.have sufficient rest and sleep;
    6.be cheerful all the time

    If the above suggestions are strictly followed, not only you can be easier to loose your extra fat, but also you will be free of uncomfortable side effect which will influence your normal life.

    I will come here regularily to report if I have rebound or not.

      Diet Pills

      It sounds like it's best not to take the diet pill at all.
      I think diet and exercise is the way to go.
      How is your weight doing these days and did you reach your goal?

        This forum seemed to have problem to access for a week. Now I had stopped the diet pill for half a month and still my weight is under control, 103 lbs, no rebounding. But I am thinking to control it by taking another kind of our product---Herbal Xenical which functions to prevent fat and oil absorption.

        Oh, Sandy,indeed it is always better to loose weight naturally by diet and excersice. But as lazy as I am, taking diet pill saves a lot of time for me. Beijing is quite a big city and I spent about four hours to commute between home and company, adding with 9 hours staying in company, I actually have quite a few hours stay awaken and busy with my part time and study. Everyday life is just tired and sometimes I am tired to call my USA clients to urge for their reply or expand my market. Exercise is just a matter of imagination as I need rest more.

        I am now in normal BMI standard, so my next goal for my weight is loosing another 6 lbs to look slimmer when summer comes. My upper arms still look chubby so do my thighs. After that, it will be all works about staying slim and shape my figure.

        How about your weight loss goal? Do you have any good suggestion to shape fugure like slim upper arm and thigh, waist and enhance breast?

          Exercises

          I read this online.
          Hope it helps.

          The best exercises to lose weight.
          Generally aerobic training helps us to lose weight and tone our body. The best weight loss exercise program combines both cardio-aerobic and strength-training.

          Aerobic Exercise Helps to Reduce Weight.
          Cardiovascular, or aerobic, exercise generally uses large muscle groups, like abs, gluteal and quadriceps muscles, and works the torso and lower body. Several cardio routines (eg. walking, jogging, stepping, cycling) involve mainly the lower body, but some cardio-training (eg. elliptical training, power-walking, rowing, swimming, stair-climbing and cross-country skiing) involve total body workouts.

          Strength, resistance or weight-training workouts are designed to improve muscle strength, muscle endurance and general fitness to promote overall health and improve the quality of life. By looking to improve core body power and muscular fitness, strength training differs from weight-lifting (whose goal is to lift the heaviest weights) and bodybuilding (whose aim is to develop large muscles and low body fat).

          Any continuous aerobic exercise, sustained for longer than 20 minutes at the correct heart-rate, will burn body fat and help you to lose weight.

            Thanks, Lotstolove. I had been trained as a Yoga Coach before my pregnancy. I love Yoga, it makes me feel refreshing. Swimming is also good, but the water here is still cold to get in... ha. I think I will start my yoga exercise again. Will it work if I only exercise it for half an hour or less? I don't have more time spare than that.

              Wow Kmdali, you only weight 103 pounds!
              Do you mind telling me how tall you are?

              I don't know if you need to diet anymore with that weight.
              Nor do I think taking diet pills is a good idea when you are light.
              Let's just say I weight more then 70% more then you do!

              If I ever get to the point of toning up I will be sure to let you know any exercises I am doing.

                hi, Sandy, I am 5'2" in height, not very tall nor too short. :P

                If you are weighed 70% more than I am, you should really start your diet plan before your health becomes bad caused by obesity. What kind of weight loss plan you are executing? How did it work so far for you?

                  I have started, I have been going for over a month already!
                  My goal weight is around 130-140. I have been following the South Beach Diet. Low Carbs, Low fats, higher proteins. No rice, pasta, bread, bleached flour etc. I have combined this with exercise and it seems to be working ok so far

                  Not that you have reached your goal weight, what are your maintanence diet plans?

                    my diet

                    I am bad on calculating and feeling so bothersome to count how much calories I have for each day. I only have simple diet plan which is eat less each meal and split meals into more times like 5 times.
                    7:30 one egg, a cup of soybean milk with suger, a piece of Chinese bread which is saulty
                    11:30 I will have several mouths of corn
                    12:00 For lunch, I will have several mouths of rice, a few meat and a plate of vegetable complex and after that I will stand up for about half an hour until we start work again at 13:00
                    18:20 I will have another several mouths of corn to relieve hunger
                    19:50 I only arrive at home around this time so I have a bowl of soup before meal and then two mouths of rice accompanying some vegetable and a few meat if I cook any.

                    I always drink about 2000 ML of fresh water and I will go and brush my teeth right after I finish my last meal and have fewer water at night.

                    We Chinese family doesn't cook food with high cals as a custom. I cook for my family and myself with few oil, a lot of vegetable (my hubby and his family do not enjoy eating meat a lot and even I love meats, I don't want to cook for one person only and now I get used to have fewer meats each meal), mostly stir-fry or steam the dishes rather than fry them. I am lazy to eat fruits so we don't stock fruits everyday.

                    In general, I think the diet habbit of my family is healthy so I don't have to make diet plan on purpose. Wow, that really saves my spirit, haha.

                      There are very few herbal diet pills that can claim to have no side-effects - a good example of a "side-effect free" weight loss pill is Hoodia. And what is this "green vegetation" in these pills? Until you know more about what you are taking, and the possible side-effects it may cause, I would strongly caution you about taking these diet pills.
                      I had no special feeling except for thirsty and poor appetite. I ate a lot of noodles in the morning but ate quite late and quite a few of porridge at noon as I didn't feel so hungry at all. For supper, I had pettitoes, cabbage and a few rice and a bottle of yoghourt four hours later at around 9pm when I got back home from university.

                          im 5'3 and i weigh 130 pounds! i think if you weigh below 110 pounds in that height, you should start thinking about gaining same weight. its not healthy to be too thin. you might be suffering from eating disorders like bulimia or anorexia.. just saying..
