  • Survey: What's your biggest problem or frustration losing weight?

    Hi guys,

I wanted to do a quick survey on this forums as I see there are many dedicated people to losing weight. All have their own lives and other problems.

I see there are many angles and people have their own different reasons why they want to lose weight in the first place.

I'd really appreciate your feedback and time investment if you give the answers to these quick 6 questions in the survey.

P.S. The goal of this survey is for me to better understand you people and create better products which are specifically designed to help exactly YOU!

    Here is the survey:

    1. What's your biggest problem or frustration losing weight?

    2. What have you tried so far that hasn't worked for you?

    3. What's your biggest fear when it comes to losing weight?

    4. What worries you? What are you afraid will happen if you don't do something immediately?

    5. What would you be willing to do to solve or get the outcome you want?

    6. If you could have one question answered about losing weight, What would it be?

    Really appreciate your deep answers.

    Sincerely,
    Ray Wilson

    I'll help :)

Are you representing a company or are you hoping to come up with something yourself, Ray?

1 - plateaus every 6 weeks or so
2 - hoodia and acai (I learned to research my pills after that)
3 - That when I reach my goal the weight will come back on again
    4 - I'm not sure I understand this question
5 - whatever is fastest, safest, and healthiest.
6 - How do i prevent plateaus from happening so that I don't have to battle with them and can avoid them altogether?

Do you represent someone? I'm not sure I understand exactly what the goal is for this survey. Are you a pharmaceutical or drug company of some kind? I can't believe that this is just someone working out of their basement with a lab kit LOL

I'd like to help, but I'd also like to know who I"m helping, first.

        Hi,

Not it's definitely not for creating pills and all that useless stuff.

This is basic market research, which helps me understand the people interested in weight loss much better, so I can improve the product, so that it also helps the end user more.

          Hello RayWilson,

I hope that you can use these answers as a part of your process!

          1) My biggest struggle with losing weight is that I can't have the foods that I like to treat myself with, and when I can on a rare occasion, I can't have the amount I want (ex. who wants just a wafer-thin sliver of cheesecake or just 1 cookie or just 12 chips?)

          2) I've found calorie counting extremely hard, and I tried the Atkins diet, which was a massive fail for me because I not only love carbs, but when I started eating them again (normally) I gained 3 pounds in the first week! And I was still on a diet!

          3) My biggest fear about weight loss is that I will never lose it and look and feel this ugly forever.

          4) If I don't do something immediately, I feel like I'd just give up and look like a blob for the rest of my life.

          5) I'm willing to try a good diet program or a pill that isn't dangerous, but I won't do anything too extreme.

          6) Does anyone really know the answer about weight loss?

                Survey Answer

My biggest problem is my thyroid and my healthy appetite. The more I exercised the hungrier I became. So instead of losing weight, I ended up gaining more because my appetite was increasing. Thankfully a good friend recommended a pill called Liproxenol. I immediately felt my appetite diminishing and along with it came my decreasing weight. What I like about it best was that I didn't feel that I was depriving myself of food because the truth was, I was actually feeling less hungry and I easily feel full.
