    You're right that a happy, positive attitude is key to being healthy and losing weight properly.

    If you aren't happy, you take on bad and unhealthy habits and you risk problems with stress and depression.

    But if you take on a positive attitude and make sure that you live to be happy then you will find it much easier to make healthy choices, enjoy yourself, and spread that positivity to others, too!

            Exercise is very important. Regular physical activity - at least 30 minute sessions three times a week - strengthens the immune system and promotes relaxation. Low- intensity exercises, such as swimming, jogging or cycling, trigger the body to produce endorphins (natural body chemicals) which produces a sense of well-being and euphoria.

              Of course its true......unhealthiness causes a lot of illnesses and problems. On the other hand a healthy life keeps you happy. And even scientifically it has been said that being active releases a certain happy hormone.

                That is absolutely true! I have just gone through a few months that were very stressful and even though I ate well and I exercised 5 days per week, I still ended up losing hair, experiencing weight fluctuations, and I even had chest pains even though I don't have high blood pressure and I don't have any heart problems. It was just from stress, which is terrible for your body when it comes in amounts that are too high. I didn't even realize how bad it was until things started evening out again and then I discovered how much more comfortable and healthy I feel! The lesson: make sure that staying happy is considered one of your most important health routines.

                  Weight loss is a tricky topic. Lots of people are unhappy with their present weight, but most aren't sure how to change it — and many would be better off staying where they are. You may want to look like the models or actors in magazines and on TV, but those goals might not be healthy or realistic for you. Besides, no magical diet or pill will make you look like someone else....
