    My attitude about my health sucked this winter. Im making up for it now. I'm starting liponitro but as a support to fix up what I'm eating and how active I am. I'm doing better with how i eat, but I can definitely do better. Lots of room to improve there. I especially want to focus on my activity level. I read up on all the ingredients, the studies about them, reviews, and the claims and am satisfied with them and am hopeful about how it can help my strategy. Anyone else use this? What can I expect from my results?

    Have you got it yet? I'm just wondering about your first few days on it and if you feel like it's helping already or if it takes time to kick in.

        I'm using them now. I've been using them with general calorie counting except on the weekends. I take daily walks and try to do some strength training weekly. I'm 3 weeks in and have lost 5 pounds.

          I just looked it up and see that it's an energy booster with caffeine in it. Is it just a bit of caffeine, or do you get jittery from it?

            I used it last spring along with my last minute dieting plan to undo all the damage I'd done over the winter. Worked great. Thanks for the reminder. I should do that again now before the summer gets here.

              It's so good for energy. More energy than from coffee but none of the feelings of having too much coffee. It's like it makes a day with a new healthy lifestyle possible.

                Update please. I'd like to know how you're doing with this and if you're still using it. Talk especially about any side effects you feel please. Did you lose any pounds?
