My attitude about my health sucked this winter. Im making up for it now. I'm starting liponitro but as a support to fix up what I'm eating and how active I am. I'm doing better with how i eat, but I can definitely do better. Lots of room to improve there. I especially want to focus on my activity level. I read up on all the ingredients, the studies about them, reviews, and the claims and am satisfied with them and am hopeful about how it can help my strategy. Anyone else use this? What can I expect from my results?
