This isn't spam. I'm not going to name the specific diet pills I'm using in case that gets my post taken down. If I'm allowed to say what it is, just let me know, but it's really not the point. What is the point is the difference really good ones have made for me. I didn't pretend that it would do everything for me and just take the weight down. I used it for all its benefits to give me advantages to keep up the changes I've been making to what I eat and how much I exercise. It's really working to help me set good habits to keep up for years. I plan to keep using the diet pills for a while, just to be sure the habits are really sustainable. But I know I'll be ready once I stop using them. I'm proud of the progress I see each week.

I think we all find what works for us. You might be able to get by with no tablets except ones to help with sleep. Other people might need help with other areas where they struggle. It's great when we find what works for ourselves, because it's not easy to do.Originally posted by JohannaWilkinsI don?t think people need all these tablets. I mean, the only things we need are healthy food and exercise. Oh, and good sleep, of course. That?s all!! No tablets. But there?s always an exception. If you have a complicated weight problem, you should visit an endocrinologist. Your hormones may be imbalanced, which can cause extreme weight gain or loss.
