I think a combo of fat burning (either stimulant or not) and appetite suppression are the best, cause it sorta covers all the areas where dieters tend to struggle...that said, finding a really good diet pill that does that effectively is another story LOL. I definitely don't believe in detoxes or cleanses though.

I like the fat burners that don't include stimulants. I don't trust any diet pill that includes stimulants because I have yet to take one that does not make me jittery and I don't trust that the dosages they are adding are accurate. Plus, caffeine in powdered form is a different potency than caffeine in coffee or chocolate and so on. It hits you a lot harder and faster.

I've never taken anything without a stimulant that worked well. I definitely think that finding the right OTC diet pill with the right amount of caffeine or whatever is super important for getting the most out of weight loss support, especially if you are planning to exercise.

What kind of side effects have you had? Maybe you can find another option in a different category of pills that are milder? I've been using an over the counter option for a while now without any side effects at all. It could be the luck of the draw. Not all supplements are the same.

Right now I have a prescription of Phentermine but they do not work at all. I keep saying I'll try it one more time but there always the same. I could lose 7 pounds in two weeks on Bontril but that was when I was in my twenties. I'm in my fifties now. And if I could just get a thirty day supply of Bontril that would really help me get started. I'm talking about getting started. I'd listen to ya'll about and try what works for you all if chill bumps didn't make my head itch and itch. I hate that feeling and also any kind of pills or vitamins type pills give me indigestion and I get really dizzy headed. Thats why I take prescription diet pills but now I tried Saxenda injecting that in my arm it never did keep me from eating I gained weight on that diet pill.
