If you think you don't have time to do a workout, focus on at least doing yoga. You can do it in 5 minute pieces throughout the day. Even if you just do a few quick poses when you wake up and go to bed, it's good. It makes a difference. Not only do you get some stretching in, but it's a mindfulness practice so it's also good for your mental health. We all need some help in that department at this time of the year.
