I was wondering if yoga is as good as people say. Can it help with weight loss or is it really only beneficial for your mental state and improves your range of motion, and that sort of thing?

Ya, Yoga is really quite amazing. If you're not sure about it, give it a try. There are lots of beginner exercises. I can pretty much guarantee you'll not only like what it does for your body, but you'll like the experience too. Going to my Yoga class is one of my favorite times of the week :D
