  • Is yoga as good as they say?

    I was wondering if yoga is as good as people say. Can it help with weight loss or is it really only beneficial for your mental state and improves your range of motion, and that sort of thing?

    Yes. I actually think it is great for health and toning. It's definitely helped with range of motion for me and has made me more limber. I guess it could help with weight loss if you did it all the time. However, I think most fat loss comes from cardio. Yoga is good for once the fat is gone.

      Ya, Yoga is really quite amazing. If you're not sure about it, give it a try. There are lots of beginner exercises. I can pretty much guarantee you'll not only like what it does for your body, but you'll like the experience too. Going to my Yoga class is one of my favorite times of the week :D

        It really is. All you have to do is give it a try to see for yourself. There's just something about it that makes you feel awesome :D

          Yoga is good for your body, but I don't think it's great for weight loss.
