I find that when I start off my day with yoga, I have a lot more energy and I am a lot more alert. When I’m alert, I’m more focused. I love it! Since I’ve started doing a little 15 minute yoga in the morning, I have been a better driver and more productive at work.

I think I'm going to give that a try. I've been looking for something like this to get me going in the morning and I've always thought it was awesome that some people do that. I'm going to see if I can find a beginner morning one for ten or fifteen minutes.
