    How many days a week should someone do yoga to keep it up and benefit from it?

    That's a good question Paplo, and that's exactly my question. Do you have to do it five days a week or can you get away with doing it a couple of times? I never know how much you have to do a certain exercise to obtain the benefits.

      When I used to take Yoga classes they were only once a week and even by just doing it once a week I felt an improvement. I think once or twice is enough unless your intentions are to become a Yoga Master or you really, really love it.

        I think 2 to 3 times a week would likely be fine. I'd follow the same rules as resistance training exercises. You get more benefit by not working out too much. Less is more for these kinds of fitness programs IMO
