  • Yoga if you can't touch your toes

    If you have very little flexibility, is it still possible to do any yoga or do you need to wait until you build up a certain level so that you will be able to actually do it? I don’t want to end up embarrassing myself by showing up at a class and not being able to do anything at all.

    Yoga's good for every level. Just find one that you can do and work upward
