    I’ve hurt my right shoulder. It’s on its way to healing but I still have to be careful how I sleep and even how I rest my arm while I am sitting in a chair. Is there a form of yoga that I can do that will help or at least not harm my shoulder?

    Do shoulder rolls. Gently roll your shoulders forward, then backward. Tilt your head to each side. do a "swimming" breast stroke motion with your arms, then do a very gently front crawl and then back crawl, all while standing. Do all of this gently and don't push it too far.

      make sure that whatever you do, you start slow and do only a tiny bit ata time until you know if it's helping or hurting.
