  • Yoga Vs. Pilates

    Alright, I’m trying to figure out which ones are right for weight loss, yoga or pilates. As far as I can tell, yoga is stretching, balance, and toning. Pilates actually works specific muscle groups in an active way. Am I wrong?

      I personally like pilates because it makes me feel like i"m exercising a lot of important groups of muscles, especially my core. I know that yoga does that, too, but I can actually tell that it's happening with pilates. There's something about the movement that feels important.

        Pilates are more for toning as far as I know.

          I just heard of Piloga last night. It's a combination of pilates and yoga! It's the best of both worlds and it's seriously awesome.
