I know this is a really weird question to ask cause mostly when you talk about Yoga it's in regard to health and weight loss, but I'm wondering just how flexible I can get doing Yoga. Is it possible to learn how to do the splits naturally when you engage in Yoga?

Um, yeah. I'm pretty sure you can. I mean, it would take some time because you have to get your body more flexible so it can easily stretch and I think you'd have to do Yoga every day (especially yoga that involves leg stretching), but sure it's possible at any age. That said, if you just want to learn how to do the splits there are other ways that you can do that...

Yeah, honestly, you can learn how to do the splits by slowly stretching your legs every day. Over time, your legs will stretch and you'll be able to do the splits. That said, if you want to achieve this by doing Yoga, I think that's great, because while you're working on this goal, yoga will also do great things for the rest of your body, too!
