I’ve heard that yoga is great for being rejuvenating and getting you going for the day. At the same time, I’ve heard it’s relaxing and can soothe you so you can sleep better. So is it best to do it in the morning or evening?

Both. Depends on the exercises you do.

Generally exercising in the morning is preferred because you get the most out of your workout with the energy you have. If you do it at night, you'll get the 'leftover' energy and work from that. Any time would be good though.

Yeah, You are right dear,. I also think that exercise or any other workout is most effective if it do at morning. The reason is that in morning you guys are full of energy and still active whole day after exercise.

I have a nighttime yoga video that is 20 minutes long and it's meant specifically for unwinding. If I do it at the end of the day, I find that my mind is calmed and I'm not kept awake "thinking about stuff". I always sleep better when I do that yoga routine. I guess you just have to pick the right one to suit the time of day.
