Walking for me is absolutely the easiest form of exercise. AND it's free lol, no gym fees and no fancy equipment required. Sooo, I am going to start walking regularly to help get some weight off. I read that walking at a moderate pace for 30-60 minutes will burn stored fat and can build muscle which helps speed up metabolism.
So in the beginning I will aim for 30 minutes per day and slowly get it up to 45 minutes per day. Does anyone have a dog they want walked? lol j/k.
